INSTRUCTIONS

1. Selling of Admission Form from 2nd April onwards every year.

2. Documents to be submitted along with Admission form are as follows:
(i) Age Proof/ Birth Certificate
(ii) Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the school last attended
(iii) Progress Report Card of Previous Class.
(iv) Medical Fitness Certificate
(v) 04 copies of Colour passport size photos
(vi) Caste certificate (if any)

3. Admission Test Time (9.00 AM- 12:00 NOON)

Instructions to Parents

(i) Procedure for admission is as follows:-
Collection of Admission Form from the Office
=> Submission of Filled up Admission form to the School Office Visit to School for Admission Test
=> Publication of Result in School Notice Board
=> and Collection of Admission Slip from Primary Academic Coordinator Counter
=> Signed by Principal in the Admission Slip = >Visit to School Office for Admission.

*Parents are requested to bring any Date Of Birth Proof or Transfer Certificate (T.C.) to collect Admission Form 



Important Dates

Notes:

  • Parents are requested to avail their leave as per above given schedule.
  • Books and Stationaries will be available from 02nd April, onwards.
  • Parents are requested to show their Admission receipt issued by School Accounts Dept. to collect books and stationaries from the School store.
  • Copy of fee structure will be available in school notice board.
